Cohorts analysis by activity performed by a customers

Cohorts by activity are helping to trace the funnel stages. It is especially useful when you have not so much customers. Imagine, the company send 3000 emails, but didn't receive any reply. So we should dig this. The first question - does the emails was delivered/open? - we could answer this question is I could filer whether email was opened or not. So next step is to understand whether customer performed what you was expecting him to do according your funnel? like did the customer open the link? and so on and so fourth
