Building URL Links with Fields as variable - breaks with whitespace
Using the Organization Name I want to add a link to a custom field:
Unfortunately that doesn't work when the Organization name contains a whitespace

You will have to encode the URL thus constructed.
An automation set up with Make/Integromat or Zapier should help you do this.

thanks for your help. Doing it in other automation platforms works of course. But I don't understand why pipedrive can't properly do it themselves.

If they did everything a regular specialized platform could do, it would be like running 5 separate SaaS companies under one umbrella:
- CRM
- Email Marketing
- Project Management
- Chatbots
- Automation
As a user, always better for me to find a platform that allows doing something today, than to wait endlessly for something that may not happen. :)
