auto schedule activity after sending email

After sending an email, can you have the "activity" automatically close and prompt you to schedule the next activity?

Currently, to prompt me to schedule the next activity, it seems I have to schedule an email activity, send out the email, and close out the activity.

You can automate creating the next activity when the previous activity is marked done.
