Ability to create custom objects / items and attach on them custom fields.

Hi there :)
I own a small web agency where we manage 50+ websites on a regular basis, including some on the behalf of other agencies.
I would love to create a custom "website" type and attach custom fields to it (last time updated, contacts associated, notes, activities, etc...). I want to be able to link deals to those "website" items.
I saw other people in need for an "account" module also... but actually being able to create 1 or 2 custom types with custom fields and relationships attached to it can be really handy and may satisfy everyone.
