Pipedrive API. Create a person with the Marketing status set to SUBSCRIBED

Hello. I have a problem with creating an user with `Marketing status` set to subscribed through API. The email is valid, so why Pipedrive does not want to create user correctly?

If I try to update created user the Pipedrive updates this field to null , which is also strange.

The subscription process must be approved by the customer. If your customer does not subscribe, you cannot perform this operation.
