Custom "Insert Field" in Email

Hi, I would like to write up a custom "insert field" for sending out emails via pipedrive. Not the same way that you can click on a data field and it inputs it, but rather it would be as if you are creating a template but rather it is just a field that can be added into a template.

For example, if I was to send a list of things via pipedrive, I would like to have a customized "insert field" on that space so I can send a bunch of different options on the same email.
