Emailing third parties using an automation

Hi,

How can I set up an automation that emails a third party to request a quote ? I want the email to be within the deal so all the information is contained within the deal and pipeline.

All I can see to do it to set up a task by automation, set up the template, but the recipient has to be manually inputted and then send the email.

Is there anyway of automating this?

By attracting the customers you want to send mail to a stage, you can do it in the form of "automatically send mail to people who have reached this stage". I hope this helps you.
