Hello Pipedrivers,

I have this issue for a client :

They use Smart docs and then store the signed documents in their Sharepoint

Problem is that the docs appear in Word format (It should be PDF) and not signed

We tried changing Sharepoint parameters and moving the docs to another Sharepoint but the problem is still present

Does anyone have leads on how to correct this ?

Thanks !

    Hey @Axel 👋

That sounds very strange indeed, I'm not sure what could potentially be happening there... When the documents are signed, that's when the PDF version is available and it would be expected that a Word format was presented IF the document was not signed yet. I think we might need to check this further, please reach out to our support team via the normal channels so we can try to help with this one!

    Thanks,
