Security on Funnels

Hello how are you friends?

I would need to be able to give permissions through FunnelsI have teams in Argentina and Brazil and I have them structured in different Funnels for a better order. The issue is that I want users who are in ARG to see everything from that funnel but not from Brazil, and if I restrict by Visibility Groups, it does not help me.

Does anyone know if it is on the Roadmap?

    Hi @Inês Batata  Thanks for your answer. 

    Visibilitity Groups don´t help me because my ARG team needs to see All about they country, and If I make available to see "The Deales added by Other Users", they will see the Deals created by Brazilian Team.

    Thank you for clarifying @Diego Majlis !

    In can think of two options for your use case:

    • Upgrade your account to Professional so you'll get 4 types of visibility permissions instead of 2 and that will allow you to easily create the variations you're looking for (Owner only; Owner's visibility group; Owner's visibility group and sub-groups; Entire company). Check out what other additional features Professional hs here: What features do the Pipedrive plans have?
       
    • Set your default Deal visibility to be "Owner & Followers only" and make all the ARG users follow each other (but not the Brazil users) and all the BR users follow each other (but not the ARG ones). Keep in mind that this can only be done by an Admin user and that users who follow each other will be be able to see everything the other users owns, not just the deals (deals, people, organizations, activities).


    So far we've never had an option to hide pipelines, only the deals that live in them, but I've sent your suggestion to our team so they can consider it.

    Thanks @Inês Batata , It´s clear. The upgrade to Professional Account it's expensive for us, but I understand.
