Lead Inbox Column Titles
Can we please add the ability to customize the columns in the Lead Inbox? Right now, the company and the name of the person isn't shown! The Leads Inbox is not useful until we can see which company and person we are contacting.

Thank you for your feedback @Michael , I've forwarded it internally for the team's consideration, as this feature is still under development.
Right now you can see what Organization a Person in a Lead belongs to by clicking their name, and a panel opens up. Just to clarify, were you looking for something that looks more like a List View, similar to what you have in Deals, Contacts and Activities? Thank you.

Right. Just basically make Leads Inbox look like Contacts, add email functionality so we don't have to leave Leads Inbox and we're good.

This is a pretty crucial requirement for us too. Basically we are moving from a big spreadsheet so we need >1 column and ability to show custom fields. The Label feature is too unflexible for serious use. Would prefer to remove and replace with our own.

we now decided to not use leads any more. we use only deals and devided in cold and hot queue. The leads inbox is too unflexible for us as well.

Just payed for a subscription and am surprised with this! Leads Inbox is useless unless you can see the person's name and organization list format
