Button to initiate call from call activity in web client

The mobile app has the ability to initiate a call from the call activity. It would be nice to have that feature on the web client as well.

A secondary issue shows up when initiating the call from the deal or lead with send to mobile. At the bottom the the notes area you are given two options, associate with the next activity on your calendar or create a new activity. What if the call you are making is not related to the one option given under associate with existing? It would be nice to have a drop down or something to choose which action item to associate the call with.
