Unsynch/Bulk Delete Mail from Pipedrive Inbox
Newbie. Just set up Pipedrive and connected my Gmail to the inbox and synched last few years. What a mistake. I've unsynched and removed the connection with my Gmail for now but copies of all synched mail are still in Pipedrive and can only select 50 at a time (out of 58,000) to archive/delete. Is there a ticket I can file (or other self service) to remove all copies of email in Pipedrive? Don't need most of the status updates and other tagged emails cluttering up our new CRM. Thanks....

Hi @Paul S ; in this case, you can submit a request to our helpful support team. They can reset your email sync for you so you can try again.
