Permission Toggle to Allow Other Team Members to Reply to Emails

To prevent users from sharing accounts to respond to customer questions, we'd like a feature that allows anyone on our team to reply to an email sent to a contact. This could be permission-based so leaders can have their admin team reply to correspondence without being cc/bcc'd on the message.
