First a bug:
When changing the name of a Onedrive document under "Document name" in the https://{companyname}.pipedrive.com/docbase/fields-browser/index.html window; you get an error when saving. To change the name properly, you need to also change the name of the document in the Word window.
Next, an idea: Templates for the document names.
Now every document gets the name '{deal} {date} {time}'. You should be able to have a name template for each document template. Like '{person name} Offer {date} {time}', or '{person ID} {person name} unsigned POA {date}' or whatever.
