Workflow is not creating the activity in the lead

I have created a workflow which should when a lead is created add a new activity to it.

Although i checked everything, it still does not create the activity.

Why?

Without seeing how you have the automation built, I cannot say for certain, but my best guess is that you are likely missing the “Linked Lead” criteria. Take a look at this screenshot for how the automation should look.
