Creating a nice looking document template with Smart Docs
Hi There,
We are looking into the possibility to use Pipedrive for sending quotations but are running into a problem with designing them.
The create a document template has very limited design features and we can't find a way to make it look how we want it to look.
We just want a nice looking pdf document with custom fields from our Pipedrive data. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mike
Making a good-looking template takes a bit of time and patience to do. Depending on if you are using Sharepoint or Google Drive, there are indeed some limitations. We have had some luck creating a template separately in Word and then just importing it into Google Drive and fixing any issues in Smart Docs.
Best,
Andre

Hi Mike (@VRX1 Racing) -
I recommend using PandaDoc for this as it is easy to use and has much more flexible design features available.
This tutorial can help you get started using the Pipedrive Marketplace Integration.

Hey @VRX1 Racing
You can try the Scaido extension for preparing quotes in Pipedrive with custom fields, and we can help you design the "skin" of your template right in our solution.
