Compose Email Basic requirement Feature Requests

Hello! I'm relatively new to using Pipedrive, and during my recent experience, I've identified some potential areas for product improvement. Specifically, I have a couple of suggestions for the compose email feature:
- It would be great if I could conveniently include a few individuals in the BCC field while keeping my personal email in the "To" address. Additionally, having the ability to use a name tag that links to the first name of the contacts in the BCC field would be very useful.
- I believe it would enhance user experience if filter-based selection were available even in regular email composition.
