New Email Inbox - adjust column widths

In the redesigned Email Inbox, the column for the email subject is very wide, but the column for the associated Deal record is very narrow. Many of our Deal names begin with 'University of...' so it is now impossible to tell which Deal an email thread belongs to at a glance.

Please give us a way to display more of the Deal name in the email inbox:

• Make the default width of the Deal column wider, or
• Allow us to set our preferred column widths in Email Settings, or
• Allow us to resize columns in the Email Inbox as needed
