Emails sent by automation do not thread and create a new threat each time an email is sent.
How can I create a thread while keeping automation ?

Unfortunately, this is expected behavior. When an email is sent via automation, it is not possible to create a thread. If you would like an email to be included in the same thread as another email, it will need to be sent manually. However, I would be happy to pass this along as feedback to our product team internally, thank you!
