Automatic deal creation from a Campaign click

We have a regular newsletter mailout that we send via Campaigns. In this newsletter, we have various links that recipients can click on.
Some of the links will take them to our website so they can download materials.
When they do this I would like Pipedrive to automatically create a deal, so this can be followed up with by the sales team.
Campaigns identifies the people that have clicked so it should be simple to create a deal for this.
