I am just getting started using automations in pipedrive and would love a recommendation on if there is one automation we could use what would it be?

Hi @Morris_jon , automations are sure to be useful to you and cut down on a lot of admin work and repetitive tasks :)

The most useful automations will vary according to variables like your company's working methods, team size or industry. We do have a few recommended automation templates that you can check out and customize to get you started.
