Custom fields - ERROR - "Required" must be in "Add view"

Hi,

when I check that some field is „Required“, eventhough it is required in the later stage of the sales process, it can`t be unchecked from the „Add view“. This makes the add view quiete messy with a long list of fields, which are not requiered at the moment of adding a new deal.
