Hi guys, subject is pretty self explanatory.

We have at least 5 dozen email templates in the system, and its growing. Other email systems use folders to sort templates to make it easy to find what you want. I know there is search, but for organising and managing folders are needed simple as that.

I requested this what must be a year ago, but still no movement. Any chance we can get this simple feature added? Its making the system frustrating to use now.

Also, in addition to this, i want to be able to have a scheduler setup that works for multiple staff, so my email templates that have booking links can be used by multiple staff. As at the moment each staff member has to create a new version of the template and update their booking link which is just plain time wasting, as now when we update one template, we have to update it for all staff members which is very frustrating.

    Hi @Eden Brownlee !

We appreciate your feedback and I've made sure to forward it internally for consideration.

Believe us that user feedback doesn't go into a black hole that no-one ever pays attention to, it's quite the opposite. However, prioritization decisions need to be made and unfortunately not all ideas make the cut, or not always in the same timing as new features that add a functionality that's completely missing.

As a workaround for the individual scheduler links in email templates, I would suggest that users embed their scheduler links in their email signature instead of in the templates themselves. That should save some time and trouble replicating and updating templates.

Thanks for your suggestion, however, waht you are asking is not appropriate to email marketing as it makes the process confusing for the reader... .we should be able to embed scheuler links that are dynamic across users... I do appreciate your suggestion, but its simply not an ideal fix and really not appropriate to the email messages we send out.

Furthermore, we have different scheudles for different things/types of meetings... some are paid sessions that book in etc, it would not be possible to link these different meeting types  in a signature

Going on 2 years now since the initial feature has been requested (initially, then re-requested here) regarding email template organisation.

We need also a way to easily copy templates for use + customisation by other users.

Also 9 months now since this was posted and I requested the most basic functionality of being able to add dynamic scheduler links into email templates.

I am feeling like your comment about the 'black hole' is simple not true, as this most simple request is taking years to action... something many other CRMS handle without an issue. (check HubSpot for a great example).

It appears as though Pipedrive is focussed on building new features into the platform but they are somewhat neglecting initially built features that appear  'unfinished'.... and not able to be really used properly or with ease.

Doing something as simple as adding a new staff member to our team in Pipedrive takes me HOURS... this is because in need to manually copy DOZENS of email templates while logged into two separate accounts, then re-add that persons scheduler link into each template one by one... because there is no easy way to do this (please don't suggest to set the template as shared/not private, as this is not a solution... as it copies MY link, not the person sending the email, this also means everyone can see dozens of my templates, plus their own versions, with no way to filter in a meaningful way, just search... its a nightmare to find anything).

Can we get some actual movement here, these updates would likely represent very little development time on your end, and would make the platform infinitely more usable for those companies like ours trying to scale... it makes it more user friendly for MORE users per customer, which will inevitably increase your OWN bottom line.

Can I get an idea on what's going on here? Can we get the above items  taken out of the 'black hole' please and get some movement here.
