I would like to send regular newsletterwith pipedrive. Is it possible with the option "Campaigns" or is it necessary to use an external tool like brevo, maichimp ...

Yes! You can definietly use campaigns to send out a recurring newsletter! When you create a campaign, you will have the option to pick a future time to send out your campaign so you can create a campaign to send out at a future date!
