Automated follow up post cold call
Hi Experts! I have configured pipedrive to auto call with help of cloudtalk and would love to get a share of experience of how you manage the automated follow up emails after . am using lemlist as cold email plaftorm.

Have you considered using our own native Caller and Workflow Automation features for this? We've also recently added Mailigen's email marketing abilities to Pipedrive, which might interest you.

I checked out mailgen last week, it's really close but for personalized follow up it's not nearly as finished of a product as lemlist or mailshake. It feels a lot more like mailchimp than a personalized follow up email product.

Thanks. You got it Nick. Mailchimp are bunch of great guys their founder actually same name as myself from Latvia, but they are not great in proper email automation. Very good for nurturing and newsletters though.
I myself work with lemlist and seems have my question figured out by some lemlist blogposts.

I am quite curious how the email is different in the product you use versus mailchimp/mailgen. I looking at options and find your comment intriguing.

@Bethany Ann George the main difference that Mailigen is permission based, opt-in email marketing platform, while what @Janis Kolomenskis is referring to is "cold email" solution or not an opt-in email service.

I can see that. I know he mentioned them not being as “finished of a product”. Its always good to compare available options.
