Why footer items do not display when converted to PDF from google sheet

Any idea why my document in smart docs does not display the footer items when downloaded as a pdf or shared in pipedrive as a pdf? The document was created in google sheets.

    Hi @Pipedrive User 164!

    I ran a test on my end and converted a Google sheet to a PDF with a footer and it did export/download with the footer as expected. In this case, we recommend you reach out to our support team via in-app chat so we can begin an investigation into this with you. In the meantime, you can try these general troubleshooting steps-

    • Clear your cache- How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
    • Check that your browser is up to date with the latest version
    • Try this in a completely different browser to see if you still experience the same thing
    • Try this in an incognito browser
