Automated Sequences- how can I change the sender email?

Hi there,

I created an automated email sequence for our reps to use in follow up, first under my name and ownership to make sure it was working, then transferred ownership over to the rep.

Even after transferring ownership, the emails are still sending from my email domain. Is there another step I need to take to change the sender email?

    Hi @Kyna ,

    Is the new domain available under Campaigns / Settings? If not you can add it there. To change it for your automated campaigns, is not straight forward I think. You can't change the sender unless you duplicate the campaign and then you have the option to chose which sender ( you can have multiple under your account).
