The ability to specify which email account to use in automations is being worked on as we speak. Expect an update until the end of the year :)
Could you share how are you planning to use the specific email accounts with automations? Which use cases?
Yep - would love to share. We are a company with a core product and a few minor services that are offered with that core product. We have several touchpoints with our users, because we have those minor services. Having the ability to automate processes from the specific service that our end users meet leaves our users with less confusion, and gives us the ability to elevate customers from the minor service to the core product.
