URGENT Why does Automatic Assignment not recognise my custom field?
I'm trying to setup a Lead Auto Assignment, however when I test it with only my customer field (single choice), it will fail (show not assigned in the history tab).
When I try it with a 'default' option, like Lead Source = Web Form, then it works instantly.
I've tried changing the name of the field, encase it clashed, I've also tried having a single word in the dropdown options. Neither fix the problem.
Any help to make this work would be hugely appreciated.
