Colleagues cannot reply to emails within my deals??

I cannot believe that this function is not already implemented:
I want my sales colleagues to be able to forward/reply to my emails in the deals.
If I got it right this is only possible if I set them in CC/BCC all the time, but this cannot be the solution.
What if a sales agent leaves the company? Nobody can then continue working on his emails ??
