I want to make it easier to get all of the necessary Deal information into Pipedrive. What are some best practices and can I leverage workflow automation for this?

There are definitely ways you can leverage workflow automations to auto-update fields based on conditions in your process. You can also use something like Jotform to ensure the right information is entered and to provide a cleaner interface for your sales team.
