I love Pipedrive, however if you are going to roll out Projects, meaning that you're eliminating people's reason to use apps like Monday and Asana, then a basic feature that needs to be added ASAP is the ability for colleagues to be able to communicate on tasks. e.g. provide updates to others on the task if they are waiting on something or it's delayed etc.
