Automatically make an email shared if linked to a lead or deal

Hi team

I currently have my `default email sharing` configured to private, and then manually change any email linked to a lead or deal to `share within your company`

Can you please add the ability to automate this? Therefore if an email is linked to deal or lead, make shared automatically.

    I agree, the inbox features of Pipedrive are not as convenient as Outlook and I can not ask my sales to drop using Outlook for this reason. Neither can I ask to share all their e-mails as many are internal and some private. The best feature would be to share e-mails when linked to deals or leads automatically. If the outlook plugins like Pipelook or others could be allowed to have a share e-mail button added to it, it would be a good alternativge too.
