New to Pipedrive
Estimating in pipedrive? Do you use estimating software or just go straight to a proposal? Also is there a way to notify estimating they have a new job waiting.

You could do this in a couple of ways:
- Create a user account for their team, and create an activity for each estimating task for them.
- Create an automation to notify them via email that they have an estimating task waiting for them.

can we have an estimating job sheet, which allows comments. That can be transferred to a proposal with comments hidden? Where do I build the products catalog for the estimators to use?
