Need Workaround - Automation Emails Sent from Creator
Team,
I'm using automations to send follow up emails and send out NDAs among other things. For example, for the NDA automation, I created a Separate Activity. When that activity is created, the lead gets an email with our NDA attached - it also updates some custom fields. Because I created this automation, the email comes from me regardless of who triggers the automation. (this is by design on behalf of Pipedrive)
Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Thanks Liz - with the lack of documentation from Pipedrive, I did not know what that was for and that is the problem it solved. I'm going to follow your Youtube channel. Great job.
