Create an automation to update custom fields according to organization fields

I am trying to set up an automation that enables a custom 'people' field to update based on its associated 'organization's' field. How do I do this please?

Do this :

Trigger = Organisation uptdated

Condition = The field you need

Action = Uptdate Person Field (then select your field)

When I get to your final step "Action - update person field" it asks me to add a person:

So it seems you are only able to do it the other way around : update an organisation based on a person trigger

Then you can select the organisation associated to the person.

Did you find another solution ?
