<8x8> integration automatically creates to-do activity

Is there a way to stop the 8x8 integration from creating an activity every time a call is made? I want to use call logging, but call logging also creates a to-do activity. As you could imagine, this only clogs-up my calendar...

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Patrick McNealy , if you refer to this integration, it was designed by 8x8 themselves. So in this case it is best to reach out to the 8x8 team directly about that possibility.

Thanks for the response. I did call 8x8, and was told to contact the developer of the app. Round and round we go...
