Second email not syncing

I have 2 email accounts I have setup (and paying the level that allows 2).

The first email is showing up, the second says its syncing but the inbox is empty (which in outlook it is very full).

How do I get support for this issue?

    @RobVess , sometimes disconnecting and re-connecting the inbox can help reset the sync. I have seen that work before. Did you get this issue resolved?
