New project board not showing in project template

I'm new to projects, just subscribed.

I have gone to project, deleted all projects to get a fresh start, created a new board, saved it so it is visible when looking at the projects (top right drop down).

I want to create a template using the new board. Then I click on "+Template" I am asked to select the board I want to use. I can only see the original "Delivery" board that was set up when I subscribed. None of my boards are showing there. What am I doing wrong?

    Hm, that sounds unexpected, I would recommend trying some general troubleshooting steps to see if that corrects the issue, I have added some below-

    • In order to rule out that this may potentially be related to a cache issue, you can clear your cache. Here’s how you can do that- How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
    • Check that your browser is up to date with the latest version. You can see what browser works best with Pipedrive by taking a look at this knowledge base article here- Which browser is best for Pipedrive? Safari is not an officially supported browser in Pipedrive so if you are using Safari I would recommend switching to Chrome or Firefox to test!
    • Try this in a completely different browser to see if you still experience the same thing.
    • If the issue still persists I would recommend trying this in an incognito browser.
    • If you have a lot of browser extensions, those may be creating an issue. You can try disabling any new browser extensions to see if there is a change in behavior, If it fixes the issue, you can enable them back 1 by 1 to see if a specific extension was causing an issue!
