I need tech support but the Chat with us isn't working for me and I really need some assistance. I have emailed the support email and just get a response saying it's no longer available and to use the "chat with us" which isn't working!

    It's been this way for us since 8th December and the support email is no longer monitored. I have been a little naughty and gone through sales to escalate as there is no way of actually contacting support other than the "chat with us" which doesn't work!

    It's crazy! I'm on a 14 day test run and I guess this is the kind of 'support' I'm going to get?

    I can 100% attest that this is not usual. I have been using PD for 5 years now and this is the first time this issue has arisen. Typically, technical issues are resolved extremely quickly - there just appears to be an issue with their chat feature. Hopefully they will pick these comments up and resolve the issue quickly.

    We are sorry to hear about your experience contacting support! I see you were able to get through to us and were already working with you on your case!

    While I can't know for sure what the issue may be without investigating further, there are a few reasons why you may run into issues when contacting support.

    One may be due to browser issues, please make sure your browser is up to date. If it is and you are still having trouble, try switching to an incognito tab or different browser to see if the behavior replicates. You can also check your browser extensions, sometimes they cause an issue! Try disabling any new extensions to see if that corrects the issue! Other troubleshooting steps include clearing your browser's cache and cookies!

    Another reason you may be directed to another platform when trying to contact support is if you are linked to a partner! They can assist with any issues you may be having with your account or help you get connected to Pipedrive support. If your account is linked to a partner, you will be able to locate this information here in your account. -


    If you are contacting us through the in-app chat feature and are not finding the help you need via the bot, try looking for the option "something is not working" or "technical issues" After selecting one of these options, you should follow the prompts from the bot to get connected with support!

    I couldnt get it to work either. It would only work for me in a private browser tab. It now only lets me speak to bot and not a human. How can I speak to a human at pipedrive? I have found the sales very intense with absolutely no aftercare. Pretty disappointed.
