I've been using pipedrive for about 60 days and really digging into integration and automation as of late. I was surprised when I spoke with tech support in regards to an outlook integration issue. Everytime I delete an email in outlook it deletes in Pipedrive (fine by me) but it UNLINKS the conversation from my client and removes it completely. Why can't it keep the "activity" and delete the email. Tech support shared it wasn't possible.
Does anyone have a workaround? I find this flaw to be quite disappointing coupled with the lack of foldering in the email inbox.
