Enable First name & Last name default fields on my account

I would like to enable First name & Last name default fields on my account.

I've gone through some posts syaing that i need to request the support team and they could turn this feature on for me. However, I am anable to reach them. Chat somehow only leads me to a bot.

Has this feature been enabled with some setting at the user end? Or does one still need someone at the backend to enable this feature?

    So I finally figured it out.. it isnt visible by default that you can check or uncheck.

    You actually need to go into the search field and search for "first name" & "last name"

    That is when you will get the option.

    Hi @Pahila!

    I checked your account internally and I can see that this option is currently enabled for you! You should be able to go to your contact list view and pull up the "first name" field and the "last name" field, like this-


    If you are having issues with navigating the chatbot, please look for the option for "detail view" or "technical issues" This will allow you to fill out a form explaining your issue and get connected with someone regarding this so we can investigate further!

    Hi Sophie,

    Unfortunately it is not visible at my end.. hence i have been trying to get this activated. Let me know what I am missing and if there is something at my end i can do to fix this.
