Refreshing/updating Organization data when importing spreadsheets
This one is doing my head in. I work in an industry with about 15,000 individuals working mostly in small single person firms, there is a lot of movement between new and existing small organizations.
Using spreadsheet importing doesn't work very well at all as when importing/updating the data changes in the organization do not work as needed, it simply creates a new organization with zero people attached and I can end up with a hundred new organizations and no easy way to work out who needs to be assigned to the newly created firm. I'm simply trying to update an individual person's details including any change in organization.
Why can't you allow for this new data to override the old as an option?
It can get worse as I attempt to work out which organizations with no one assigned is now redundant and can be deleted.
