Phone numbers in lead inbox displaying improperly

Anyone know why my phone numbers look like this in the lead inbox? No matter how much I widen the column it won't correct.

    That is odd. Is this a custom field or not? Did you try removing the gaps, brackets and hyphens?

    Not a custom field. I've tried modifying the format, but with no success.
