URGENT: Pipedrive hanging and not loading stuff

Hi

Bunch of weirdness with Pipedrive hanging right now, saying it can't load stuff, emails not sending, taking ages to save emails and when I click the live chat button it just closes down the pane the live chat link is listed in.

Closed browser, logged back out and in.

Please can you advise.

Seems to be working better now. For your feedback, this happened over about a 30 minute period, and I suspect it might have been related to an update on your end for the new features (activity priorities etc). I'm pretty sure it wasn't just my browser or slow internet as every other site was loading fine and I cleared cache, cookies etc.

Hi, @Graham Cox . Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps. There was a localized incident that briefly affected a small number of companies. Everything has been restored now.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm now seeing emails taking forever to Save, which is preventing me from sending them.

Then I tried to delete the unsaved/unsent email and when I click the Red delete button nothing happens.

Something is still not right.

Finally got the email to delete, but took a few minutes.

Good morning. I had the same problem last night in one of my Pipedrive accounts (and no problem in several others). Clearing cache, etc, did not resolve the problem but today everything is working perfectly.

Glitches happen!
