I like the Sales Inbox and I have been using it a lot more where I have more projects to manage. But I am struggling with the userface when viewing an email thread, most of the time I dont know where I am in the conversation due to the way Pipedrive opens an email i clicked in the inbox. Sometimes I dont "see" the email I want to read and I end up scrolling for a while to find it, only to realise I've scrolled past it many times.
I've never liked conversational view in email providers, I find you end up looking at the email just received, but the previous email was one sent days/weeks/months ago and not relevant to the current email
