Using fields for Pipedrive email templates: Signature / sender first name

Dear community,

I would like to configure an email template in Pipedrive where the greeting contains the sender first name (not the full name). Also, the email signature should be contained. However, under deal -> template -> "Insert field" I do not see fitting fields.

I understand that it is possible to attach the user's signature as part of a Pipedrive automation (compare this article: https://community.pipedrive.com/discussion/12981/include-email-signature-of-a-user-to-the-automation-emails), however I would like to use it from the deal overview as well.

You can use Name field(in Person fields) for just name.

Hi First Name and Last Name there should be separate options.

you need to select the name of the pipedrive user from these fields. And you can add other option its possible.

Okay, is there any way to use the name if no activity is associated with the deal?
