How do I remove the sample data that loaded with initial start-up
It appears there is no "help" available from the dropdown. I thought my account at least had chat support. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

We don't have an option with the bot just for sample data, but it's always best to try and use something that best reflects the issue - for this, import/export I believe would make sense. To answer your question, you should be able to remove the dummy data in the Import section. If you have any issues with that, please reach out to Support and make sure to follow the entire bot flow so that our team can assist you!
