Split the phone number fields

Hi there,

Although Pipedrive is very easy to use, there is one thing I don't like: different phone numbers (work, mobile, home, etc.) are stored in 1 field, having following disadvantages:

  • list view and export : alle phone numbers are stored in 1 field / column
  • sync with other tools : info is los
  • I have created a separate custom field for Mobile Phone but this field doesn't sync with Outlook contacts

Does anyone

  • have suggestions how to handle this ?
  • know how to use automation to update the custom field "Mobile phone", triggered by the updated default field "Phone" (but of course only the mobile !)
