Response time
My business revolves around creating leads via ad forms, so speed in contacting them is crucial.
I would love to track the time it takes (on average) between the creation of a deal until the first stage change occurs to evaluate the speed of my callcenter workers.
The first step I took was to implement a custom field that indicates wether the deal was created within business hours or not, but I can't figure out how to track this response time within insights or as an automation.

You need to use custom fields and Make/Integromat or Zapier to do this.
Apart from that, you can probably use Coupler to get this information too.

Thanks Amit! How would you suggest I go about implementing that? I already use several Make automations, so that won't be an issue.
